Link Building Terms of Service.

1) We reserve the right to refuse service, or withdraw service to any person, website, or business that we feel may in some way be offensive, in appropriate, not family friendly or controversial.

2) Although we do our best, there can be no guarantees as regards search engine positioning. We make no guarantee, nor do we imply a guarantee as to the effects of our services on your google search engine results. We do however like to keep our customers happy, and we have NEVER had a single request for a refund to this date. If our any of our customers are unhappy about out service, we take that very seriously and will always do our best to make them happy, either by extra work for free or possibly a full refund (under certain circumstances only)

3) We are not, nor do we imply that we are affiliated with google or any other search engine.

4) We do not use ANY 'black hat' techniques nor do we use any techniques to try to trick google, so please do not ask us to do this. We aim to simply give google what it wants, quality content.

5) We will not 'spam' your email account, nor will we sell any of your details to third parties.

6) We do not usually offer credit, however if we do offer such an arrangement all payments must be made on time, or a 20% fee will be incurred per week the payment is late, unless a waiver for the payment in question has been agreed by us in writing.

7) The standard minimum contract for this service is 1 month. You may cancel at any time after this month, with a months notice.

8) If you choose to pay for the 2 months in advance option (and doing so get our Google health check' free of charge) then the minimum contract is 2 months.
